Unlimited Possibilities — All Under One Roof
Built by a Husband-and-Wife Team Who Live It
Restorations Unlimited is family-run by Larry and Melinda, a husband-and-wife duo with over 40 years of combined experience. Larry brings hands-on expertise and fabrication skills, while Melinda brings a business degree, CAD design talent, and a mind for operations. Together, they’ve built more than a company—they’ve built a culture of integrity, precision, and real care.
We Started This Business to Do It the Right Way
After years in the industry, we knew what homeowners were up against: shady contractors, cost creep, missed deadlines, and poor communication. It’s frustrating. It’s unfair. And it’s exactly what we set out to change. You deserve a partner you can trust—and a finished product you’re proud of.
We’re Not Just a Crew—We’re Your Guide
We don’t just show up with tools. We show up with a plan, clear communication, and the follow-through to match. From bathroom remodels to full custom builds, we help bring your ideas to life without stress, confusion, or surprises.

Your Project, Your Portal, Total Peace of Mind
We use JobTread to give you 24/7 access to your project timeline, updates, approvals, and messages. Everything’s in one place—from start to finish—so you always know what’s happening and what’s coming next. No chasing down answers. No wondering where things stand.
We Build More Than Spaces—We Build Confidence
Remodeling your home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we keep everything under one roof: one team, one shared mission, and no dropped balls. When we’re done, you don’t just get a finished project—you get a home that feels like yours.
Meet the Crew That Builds Like It’s Their Own
Behind every Restorations Unlimited project is a team of real people who care deeply about the work they do—and the homes they do it in. From seasoned builders to up-and-coming apprentices, every person on our crew brings something unique to the table: experience, skill, respect, and heart. We don’t just hire talent—we hire people we’d trust in our own home. The kind who show up early, solve problems without shortcuts, and treat every build like it matters—because to us, it always does.

Larry White
With over 30 years in construction and deep roots in Maine since 1989, Larry White brings experience, problem-solving, and a builder’s mindset to everything Restorations Unlimited takes on. He’s been here since day one—alongside his wife and co-owner Melinda—and together they’ve built more than just structures. They’ve built a company that values people, quality, and constant growth.
Larry is drawn to the challenge of it all—something different every day, always keeping his mind sharp. Whether it’s snowmobiling, boating, or fabricating in his off time, he’s always building, always moving, always thinking ahead. Ask anyone on the team, and they’ll tell you: he’s easygoing, honest, and always up for finding a better way to do things.
There are too many future goals to list, but the mission stays the same—keep learning, keep growing, and keep doing work worth being proud of.

Melinda White
Melinda White has been part of Restorations Unlimited since the beginning, helping shape the company from the inside out. With over 10 years of experience in construction, a background in CAD design, and a business degree under her belt, she brings a rare mix of strategy, creativity, and attention to detail. She’s been living in Maine for over 40 years and runs the business alongside her husband, Larry.
Her work spans everything from project design and client experience to backend systems that keep things running smoothly. Melinda thrives on the variety—every project, every client, every day is different. She’s passionate about building better systems, developing small business solutions, and making sure each project has a strong foundation from start to finish.
Outside of work, she’s all about family, fresh air, and freedom—spending time on the lake, boating, snowmobiling, or simply enjoying time with her three kids.
Joe Infante
Joe Tridente has been in construction for 26 years and has lived in Maine even longer—“forever,” by his own count. He’s not the type to talk your ear off, but when something needs to get done, he’s already doing it. Joe’s been with Restorations Unlimited for four years, bringing experience, consistency, and a no-nonsense approach to every job.
Ask around and you’ll probably hear the same thing: Joe doesn’t repeat himself. He believes in doing it right the first time. No ego, no shortcuts—just solid work from a guy who’s seen it all. Construction, he says, “isn’t boring,” and after two decades in the field, that’s saying something.

Carrie Schwabenbauer
Originally from out West, Carrie has called Maine home for the past five years. With two years in construction and two years at Restorations Unlimited, she brings a unique energy to the team—balancing clear communication, adaptability, and a steady drive to grow in her role. She finds real satisfaction in seeing a project through from start to finish, knowing every phase has its own story.
Carrie’s known for being both responsive and friendly, and clients appreciate her ability to keep things moving while making the process feel personal. Whether she’s juggling schedules, solving problems, or just checking in, she keeps the team on its toes. Outside of work, you’ll find her gardening, kayaking, traveling, or spending time with family—always learning, always moving forward.
Scott Walton
Scott has been in construction for four years, and in that short time, he’s made a big impact—both on job sites and in the lives of homeowners. What he enjoys most is helping people turn their ideas into reality, whether that’s a new space, a long-awaited renovation, or a fresh start.
He’s been with Restorations Unlimited for two years and appreciates the small, family-style atmosphere of the team. Outside of work, Scott stays busy with charity projects, spending time with loved ones, and getting out on his motorcycle when he can. Those who know him best would describe him with one word: honest.

Jeremy Curtis
Born and raised in Maine, Jeremy Curtis has spent nearly four decades in the same community he now helps build and improve. With ten years of experience in construction—seven of them steady—he’s learned the value of seeing a job through and taking pride in the final result. “Having something to show when it’s done” isn’t just a bonus—it’s the goal.
He’s been with Restorations Unlimited for five years, where he’s known for being hard-working, reliable, and able to communicate clearly so nothing gets lost in translation. Married with five kids and a passion for carpentry, Jeremy understands what it means to build something that lasts—not just for clients, but for family too.
Brady Rolfe
Brady Rolfe has been part of the Restorations Unlimited crew for five years, bringing a calm focus and a strong back to every project. He’s been working in construction just as long, with a preference for staying outdoors and keeping his hands moving. Born and raised in Maine, Brady’s been here for nearly 20 years and doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
When he’s not on the job site, he’s either on the trails snowmobiling, out 4-wheeling, or under the hood of a diesel truck. His long-term goal? Start his own custom truck-building company and open a garage of his own. Until then, he’s all in—steady, capable, and quietly leveling up with each build.

Cody Lane
Born and raised in Maine, Cody’s been around tools and job sites his whole life—but officially jumped into construction four and a half years ago. He likes the fast pace, staying busy, and seeing the results of a hard day’s work. No shortcuts, no nonsense—just showing up, figuring things out, and getting it done right.
Cody joined Restorations Unlimited about a month ago and has already made a strong impression. His long-term goal is to become an underwater or pipeline welder, and every day on site is another step toward that. Clients and coworkers alike would describe him in one word: respectful. That says a lot.
Tyrrell Cook
Tyrrell Cook has been working in construction on and off for about six years, and he’s been part of the Restorations Unlimited team for over a year now. He grew up in Maine and has spent his whole life here, working with his hands and learning something new on every job site. He’s especially drawn to working outdoors and takes pride in contributing to projects that support both the team and his family.
Outside of work, Tyrrell spends time tinting windows and eventually plans to build a garage to work in. The crew knows him as quiet and focused—someone who gets the job done without a lot of noise. He likes the people he works with and values the rhythm of honest, physical work.
Justin Lane
Justin Lane brings over 30 years of construction experience to the team, with a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail. Born and raised in Maine, he’s spent more than four decades building a life rooted in hard work, family, and integrity. What drives him most is seeing the transformation—before and after—and knowing exactly what went into making it happen.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys hunting, riding his Harley, and spending time camping with his wife and kids. Though he’s only been with Restorations Unlimited for a short time, he’s already focused on helping the company grow stronger and more successful with every project.
