When this property was purchased in November, it had been left in poor condition. The structure suffered from substandard framing, outdated plumbing, and incomplete work left behind by a previous contractor. While many would have walked away, our team saw an opportunity to create something remarkable.

We fully reimagined and rebuilt this home into a clean, modern, and efficient 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath riverside residence.

Scope of Work:

• Installed a durable black corrugated roof
• Upgraded with fresh vinyl siding
• Replaced all insulation, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Added a modern heating system
• Completed drywall installation and new flooring throughout

• Finished with granite countertops and quartz surfaces in the bathrooms
